Wire Sculpture.
This project was a project where you really had to be creative and think of what you want and what your abilities are. I chose to do a beehive, because I knew that I could do it and wouldn't give up. To do this, I used a balloon for my mold and shaped around it so I could get the semi-right shape for a beehive. It took alot of time to do and figure out but I got it done and I'm happy with the results.
1.) My form was the strongest part of my wire sculpture, because it was a creative idea to follow through with.
2.) I think I could have overall shaped it better because no beehiveis exactly rounded.
3.) I used a balloon to get my whole form to get most of the exact shape and 3-D form.
4.) My overall design was a beehive, because I thought it was a great challenge to undertake.
5.) I do like the challenge of making wire into something, but it was annoying at times to think of a good idea that woul truly work.
6.) I learned that your own individual work and the challenge to take in your artwork expresses who you are and what you're about.
